We had no concerns locating the CYC mooring site though as previously noted finding the allocated mooring can be difficult as the mooring area map is not accurate. Additionally, it can be difficult to sight and read the mooring IDs as such it took us a while to identify our allocated mooring. Also note that moorings are quite close together, so it is important to ensure a short mooring bridle. Shore access via dinghy is easy, just make your way to the jetty in front of the Cruising Yacht Club building. Be sure to give the fishing mob a wide berth, we found and discarded a wad of fishing line around the propeller of our outboard motor.
